Pro Care Inc. is a small, but growing, company based in Bellevue, WA. We are looking for an experienced Office Managers Assistant to join our team as we grow! We provide residential and commercial maintenance services to our customers. The premium service we offer depends on teamwork and a commitment to excellence. This position is vital to the success of our mission. The key roles of this position are to: 
- provide a superior customer experience,
- manage the schedule, 
- work to reach incentivized goals, 
- and keep a pulse on office productivity. 
The Office Assistant works closely with the office Manager and owner and with a small team of part-time support staff.

The position’s starting hourly pay is $21.50/hr plus performance bonuses with room to grow.

Responsibilities: 
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email 
- Fill and oversee the technicians’ schedules
- Send estimates to existing and prospective customers 
- Send email blast campaigns as needed to keep the schedule full 
- Keep an eye on cancellations, recurring jobs, and overflow jobs 
- Help with billing as needed
- Outstanding estimate follow-up oversight
- Coordinate with the owner on goals and expectations

Requirements: 
- 1+ year of office and customer service experience preferred. 
- Passionate about customer service and making people happy 
- Accountability and personal organization is essential
- Ability to balance various tasks with the ability to be flexible 
- Posses a talent for identifying workflow problems, creating solutions, and implementing changes 
- Has a desire to build, create, grow, and enhance everything touched 
- Tech-savvy 
- Customer service experience required
- Availability 9 am - 5 pm Pacific Monday through Friday 
- Disruption-free environment to receive and make customer phone calls
- High-Speed Internet
